The continued extensive welcoming gestures from local political leadership is a positive sign for the mega project success
It is a well-known fact that no economic project of any country can achieve its positive goals and results without the full support of its people and political leadership and it is a matter of great pleasure and satisfaction about the CPEC project (being completed with the help of China), has not only the support of all sections of life countrywide but on the local/ provincial level as well and this support and factor is ever increasing.
This fact is evident by the several supportive statements given by the country’s prominent leaders in general and Balochistan’s political leadership in particular. Such an important statement is given by Maulana Abdul Qadir Loni, a leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, and his important political comrades.
“Early completion of CPEC projects will contribute to Balochistan’s economic development and prosperity.”
Quetta (September 04, 2021) According to the news, Maulana Abdul Qadir Loni, Central Senior Deputy Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Ideological Pakistan Hayatullah, and others have said that early completion of CPEC projects will boost economic growth in Balochistan, which will lead to economic stability and prosperity of the country too, as the establishment of new industries in economic zones in Balochistan will eliminate the sense of deprivation, exploitation and may eradicate unemployment.
The statement said that the economic zones to be set up under CPEC would boost economic and social development and by the establishment of new industries, zones would provide enormous employment opportunities for the youth.
Jamiat leader Maulana Abdul Ghaffar Loni and other provincial officials said that a new dimension and vision of CPEC and especially the western route would give a boost to economic and social development. The development of CPEC is not possible without the participation and partnership of the Balochistan people. The youth of Balochistan were disappointed with the neglect of Balochistan in all aspects of the country’s development, but now the present federal government is hopeful that it will fulfill the aspirations of the youth.
The joint statement said that the world powers wanted to affect the economic development of the country by creating unrest and were conspiring to obstruct development projects to achieve this goal.
